About Parr Facilities Management:
We are a leading facilities management company with an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger to join our team in Belfast.
Main Job Duties:
- Process high-volume invoices, reconcile statements, and manage banking and credit card reconciliations.
- Nominal postings, month-end procedures, and other accounts/admin duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of accounts software (NAV2018) and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines in a constantly improving environment.
