We are looking for a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join our finance team at Austin Fraser in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience to become part of a dedicated and reputable organisation.

Job Summary:

This permanent, full-time role involves supporting all aspects of accounts, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Sage software and excellent team player skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Ledger: Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 200 software.
  • Sales Ledger and Credit Control: Manage sales ledger accounts, perform supplier statement reconciliation, and resolve queries.
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in an accounts role, preferably with Sage software expertise.
  • Sage Software Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Sage 200 software is essential.

What We Offer:
  • Salary: Competitive salary package of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Working Hours: Regular working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
