Job Summary

We are seeking a Work & Skills Coach to join our prison industries team at HMP Millsike.

You will be responsible for supporting prisoners in completing their Employability Passport, tracking skills development and reflections.

This will involve:

  1. Helping prisoners recognize and record their work skills, emphasizing their value for future employment.
  2. Guiding personal development through reflection on work experiences and goal-setting.
