Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties.

You will assist the classroom teacher in implementing tailored learning strategies, lesson adaptations, and behavior management techniques. Your role will also involve working one-to-one or in small groups with students to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
