Job Summary

The Community Adaptations Officer will provide high-quality technical and administrative support to a team or service in relation to various functions. This role requires a customer-focused approach, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery in line with corporate policies and national/local legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers, both written and verbal, and maintain a positive and professional image.
  • Deal with technical customer enquiries, following through to resolution and ensuring stakeholders are updated and audit trails are in place.
  • Register applications to the Council, checking for validity and ensuring appropriate fees and charges are administered.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience in working within a Social Care setting.
  • Experience in working with vulnerable service users with a disability.
Working Hours

35 hours per week, 08:00am – 16:00pm working hours.
