Full-time Homecare Assistant Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Homecare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support for our customers in their own homes, promoting independence and supporting with all aspects of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care, moving and positioning, meals, medication, and social interaction
- Supporting individuals to remain safely in their own homes
- Ensuring customer comfort, dignity, and well-being
Salary and Benefits:
Our salary package includes £111.24-£118.80 per day, paid monthly, as well as a range of benefits including a £40 food allowance, training bonus, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off rolling rota, enhanced pay for bank holidays, and 28 days paid annual leave pro rata.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in care work, preferably live-in care
- Excellent English language skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
