Student Funding Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Student Funding Administrator to join our team at University of the Arts London (UAL). As a key member of our Student Funding Service, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities- Administering student funding schemes, including government agency funds and university awards
- Providing information and support to students on financial matters, including scholarships, bursaries, and student loans
- Maintaining accurate records of student financial support schemes
- Assessing student eligibility for awards and providing recommendations to management
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and support to students
- Proven experience in student funding administration, preferably in a higher education setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students, staff, and external agencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student records systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
