Financial Services Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Advisor to join our team at NFU Mutual. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to our customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals and protect their assets.
Your primary focus will be on delivering holistic financial planning solutions, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each customer. You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial objectives, and provide tailored advice on a range of financial products, including life insurance, pensions, investments, and wealth management.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will be a team player, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert financial advice to customers on a range of financial products
- Develop and implement tailored financial plans to meet the unique needs of each customer
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practice
