Financial Planner

We are seeking a skilled Financial Advisor to join our team at NFU Mutual. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in providing holistic financial planning advice to our existing customers, partnering with local Agents to develop relationships with their customers, and traveling frequently to various locations in North Devon, Exeter, and the surrounding area.
This is a field-based position that requires strong customer relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for delivering regulated financial advice to UK customers on a face-to-face basis, ensuring compliance with the UK financial services regulatory and compliance framework.
We offer a competitive salary with an OTE of £100,000, annual bonus, contributory pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and a range of other benefits, including access to savings, health and wellbeing plan, and employee volunteering opportunities.
As a Financial Advisor at NFU Mutual, you will have the opportunity to work with a panel of NFU Mutual Agents to offer advice on a range of NFU Mutual products across Life, Pensions, and Investments to both new and existing customers.
