Job Title: Applications Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Support Analyst to join our team at LinkPoint Resources Limited. As a key member of our Support sector, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing current ERP systems across our European network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support, including login assistance, user additions, and access management
  • Perform daily operations support, diagnostics, error logs, and updates
  • Ensure system updates with requests, issues, and resolutions
  • Support training and inductions for users
  • Provide deskside support to users
  • Develop robust data platforms to support efficient operation in Europe
  • Document new systems and training processes
  • Support change and risk management projects
  • Collaborate with third-party client teams during solution transitions
  • Contribute to test conditions for system verification and user acceptance testing
  • Support quality management reviews
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ERP implementation
  • Experience in designing and implementing methodologies
  • Experience with large ERP systems (Monitor / Syspro)
  • Experience working with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Finance modules
  • Good general IT knowledge with applications, networks, storage, and infrastructure
  • Excellent MS Office experience (Word, Excel, VISIO, and Power Point)
  • Experience with CRM systems (desirable)
  • Experience with SnowFlake and BMNP 2.0 or process mapping (desirable)
  • Project management experience and ability to multitask (desirable)
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills - able to work with different levels and cultures
  • Commercial awareness of business functions and strategic planning
  • Full driver's licence and access to own vehicle
  • Able to travel within Europe on occasion to support other offices
