About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Heritage Preservation Specialist to join our team at Exmoor National Park Authority. As a key member of our heritage team, you will play a crucial role in preserving and protecting the rich cultural and natural heritage of Exmoor.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement preservation strategies for heritage sites and monuments across Exmoor National Park, working closely with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that our heritage is protected and preserved for future generations.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., conservation, heritage management, environmental science)
  • Proven track record of developing preservation strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position based in Dulverton, TA22. You will work as part of a dynamic team, contributing to the delivery of our heritage strategy and engaging with local communities to promote our rich cultural and natural heritage.
