Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Rehabilitation Team in Rotherham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes and community settings.

About the Role:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a range of conditions, including physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and age-related conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months of NHS experience, ideally in the community setting.
  • Hold an Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration.
  • Have access to own car for work purposes.
  • Be available to commence the role within 1-2 weeks and happy to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
