We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in Reigate, working on a variety of projects including reinstatement of properties following fires and floods. The successful candidate will have experience of using CAD to produce technical drawings and specifications for building contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on reinstatement projects, surveying structures or buildings to produce technical drawings
  • Creating drawings, specifications, and computer models of structures for building contractors
  • Using CAD for simulation purposes, liaising with designers to agree on safe designs
  • Considering the strength of various materials, examining existing buildings and structures to test if they are fit for purpose
Requirements:
  • Degree in a Structural Engineering discipline
  • Willingness to travel across the South of England, with occasional overnight stays
  • Previous experience undertaking surveys is advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Excellent communication and people skills

Salary: £30k - £55k (DOE) - potentially more for the right candidate

Benefits: 25 days holiday allowance plus BH, Pension, and package to be discussed at interview
