**Make a Difference as a Substance Misuse Assistant Practitioner**

We are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our healthcare team at HMP Leeds. As a Substance Misuse Assistant Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients across the Substance Misuse Service (SMS).

Your responsibilities will include implementing clinical care packages, phlebotomy, and assessment, treatment, and evaluation of patient care. You will work closely with the SMS NMP team to deliver medication and care to our substance misuse patients.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. We offer a competitive annual salary of £24,670 - £28,691, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career progression.

Key Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Healthcare or equivalent
  • Experience in a care setting, preferably in a hospital or prison environment
  • Any experience in substance misuse or mental health is highly desirable
