Job Title: Production Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Support Coordinator to join our team at Northstone Materials. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the production team, ensuring the smooth operation of our Tile factory in Toomebridge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt and checking in of goods, as well as the administration of invoices and orders.
  • Act as a key point of contact between external companies and different departments within Northstone.
  • Provide administrative support in the processing of wages for weekly paid employees.
  • Assist in stock counts of stores and aid the Accounts and Health & Safety department in opening new accounts for companies/contractors.
  • Minute taking at meetings and distributing actions/next steps.
  • Update reporting software with daily information.
  • Support production information boards and conduct Health and Safety Inductions.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, updating, scanning, copying, email queries, and answering phones.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in the use of Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail and record keeping.
  • A good team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and understand the importance of deadlines.
