Job Title: Production Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Support Coordinator to join our team at Northstone Materials. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the production team, ensuring the smooth operation of our Tile factory in Toomebridge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ordering of goods for the Tile factory, including consumables and raw materials, and updating management on spending.
  • Managing the receipt and checking in of goods, as well as administration of invoices and orders.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between external companies and different departments within Northstone.
  • Providing administrative support in the processing of wages for weekly paid employees.
  • Assisting in stock counts of stores and aiding the Accounts and Health & Safety departments in opening new accounts for companies/contractors.
  • Minute taking at meetings and distributing actions/next steps.
  • Updating reporting software with daily information.
  • Supporting production information boards and conducting Health and Safety Inductions.
  • General office duties, including filing, updating, scanning, copying, email queries, and answering phones.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in the use of Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail and record keeping.
  • A good team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and understand the importance of deadlines.
