About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Acquisitions Team Member to join our team in Nelson. As an Acquisitions Team Member, you will be responsible for making welcome/confirmation calls and sending confirmation emails to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and billing information.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Able to manage own workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude towards work and personal development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Prior experience working in Mobile industry is a plus.
