Job Description:

GB001 Marsh Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Operations professional to lead our UK Claims Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our Claims Operations strategy, ensuring the delivery of excellent client outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the UK Claims Operations team, ensuring the achievement of established goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement a Claims Operations strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring the delivery of excellent client outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Claims Operations services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of Claims Operations services, including Claims Advocacy and Claims Solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, insurers, and adjustors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of training programs to ensure the upskilling and reskilling of Claims Operations staff.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effective delivery of Claims Operations services.

Requirements:

  • Significant progressive leadership experience in Claims Operations, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of Claims Operations processes and procedures, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
