Marsh's Claims Operations team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join their UK team. As a key member of the Claims Program Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Global Claims transformation program.

About the Role:
  • Support the UK Claims Projects across Technology, Segregation of Duties, Centralisation, and Data initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Claims Program Delivery Manager to drive business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Manage small to medium-sized projects within the Claims function or play a key role within a workstream as part of larger initiatives.
    • Establish and manage project governance structures and stakeholder relationships.
    • Ensure comprehensive requirements are translated into scope documents and continuously review scope to maintain business alignment.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
    • Identify, verify, and document functional and operational requirements.
    • Develop solution blueprints that incorporate business, technical, and data requirements.
    Requirements:
    • Strong BA and/or project management experience with a focus on business analysis and project delivery.
    • Experience in the insurance domain, particularly in Claims.
    • Excellent analytical and interpretive skills, including documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
