Strategic Account Manager, Amazon Global Selling Korea

We are seeking a results-driven individual to drive Korea-based strategic sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces. The Account Manager will partner with strategic sellers, business and product teams to grow sellers' businesses on Amazon worldwide, including identifying opportunities to maximize selection, driving feature adoption, monitoring sellers' healthy growth, performance, and product quality, as well as working with sellers to achieve our standard and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customers on Amazon.

  1. Work closely with strategic sellers to develop and implement growth strategies.
  2. Conduct regular performance reviews with sellers, analyze sales trends, and provide recommendations to drive business growth.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of industry categories, seasonality, and global business trends.

About the Team:

Amazon Global Selling is a rapidly growing business, with over 40% of total Amazon unit sales coming from this channel. Our team is responsible for marketing to local country Sellers to persuade them to launch their products onto the platform, thereby maximizing the quantity of items that they list while ensuring the highest quality of product images and information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.Excellent client relationship management skills.
