Job Title: Area Sales Manager Boilers & Renewables

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the North East Scotland region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the plumbing and heating industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell a high-quality range of water heating systems, including boilers, renewables, heat pumps, cylinders, and biomass boilers, to plumbing and heating installers and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including plumbing and heating merchants and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth in the territory.
  • Work closely with the sales team and Sales Director to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in field sales and territory management, with a strong understanding of the plumbing and heating industry.
  • Experience selling to plumbing and heating installers and contractors, with a focus on renewables, oil, or cylinders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to travel.
