At Barchester Healthcare, we're seeking a Senior Care Coordinator to lead and supervise our team of care professionals.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring individual care plans are followed, providing quality one-to-one time for each resident, and carrying out clinical responsibilities such as recording observations and wound dressing procedures.

To succeed in this role, you'll need senior-level care experience, including supervising others and developing a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required, plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
