Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flagship Supervisor to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a Flagship Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our flagship store team to deliver a world-class end-to-end customer experience.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with the Retail Director to manage the store team and ensure seamless store operations.
  • Support the online retail platform and create an omni-channel experience for our customers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating and exciting others about our luxury brand.
  • Be a helpful resource for customers, creating lasting positive relationships.
  • Communicate and drive daily focuses to the team, balancing KPIs and brand values.

Requirements:

  • Relevant retail management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for promoting our brand.
  • Ambitious, organized, thoughtful, inquisitive, and always excited to help make a difference.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a 'no-task-too-small' attitude.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: £33,000 - £36,000.
  • Excellent commission structure: 4% on all sales.
