Job Overview

Bloom Search International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our new London flagship store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing a loyal customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage customers and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions and events

Requirements:
