Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality general nursing and dementia care in line with residents' individual needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.
  • Administer medication accurately and safely.
  • Observe and monitor residents' health, ensuring any changes are communicated promptly to the team and families.
  • Support residents with daily living activities and promote their independence wherever possible.
  • Document care plans, medical records, and treatment plans thoroughly and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe, positive, and caring environment for all residents.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in general nursing and dementia care is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in elderly care and dementia support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, patient-centred approach with a commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
