- Develop structural plans and routines to ensure all strategic and tactical initiatives are delivered on schedule and to the expected standards.
Amazon Shipping offers Amazon's delivery capabilities as a product and service. Our team is responsible for supporting Amazon's growth by designing and shaping processes, practices, and engaging and influencing multiple Ops stakeholders to build a shipping service provider that our customers love.
Requirements:
- A degree
- Relevant experience in the shipping/logistics industry, particularly with shipping service providers or global freight forwarding
- Relevant experience of communicating and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- Experience establishing repeatable processes and driving automation/standardization initiatives
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
- Relevant experience owning end-to-end program strategy and delivery
- Experience interacting with and presenting to C-suite and senior executives
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent structured problem-solving training
- Relevant experience in managing programmes or projects
