About the Job

We are seeking a talented HR Advisor to join our team at LH Pink Consulting Limited in Central London. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in promoting a positive workplace culture, developing effective recruitment strategies, and implementing HR best practices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive recruitment efforts and develop a robust pipeline of candidates.
  2. Collaborate with HR, Talent and HR Operation Managers to ensure seamless execution of HR strategies.
  3. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment, onboarding, and staffing records.
  5. Support reporting and HR strategy initiatives by providing data-driven insights.
  6. Implement or manage HR systems, employee benefits, and wellbeing initiatives.
  7. Contribute to policy development and maintenance of HR processes.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and social skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR practices and processes in a multi-site environment.
  • Excellent leadership qualities to motivate and develop team members.
  • Detail-oriented and adept in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior advisory role.
  • Experience working in the property or construction industry is highly desirable.
What We Offer

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £62,500 - £72,500 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership qualities.
