Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Walmart Supercentre Windsor. This role involves ensuring the proper handling of claims and returns, securing merchandise, identifying high shrink items, and maintaining a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process claims and returns in accordance with company policies
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Identify and investigate instances of theft or loss
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in inventory control or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
