Job Title: Logistics Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team at Major Recruitment Telford. As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all proof of delivery (POD) tracking, including chasing of outstanding POD and uploading to the SAP system. You will also manage all enquires through to completion and satisfaction, whether received by phone call, email or in person. Additionally, you will ensure any alteration to the shipping plan is effectively communicated back to the internal contacts within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all proof of delivery (POD) tracking, including chasing of outstanding POD and uploading to the SAP system.
* Manage all enquires through to completion and satisfaction, whether received by phone call, email or in person.
* Ensure any alteration to the shipping plan is effectively communicated back to the internal contacts within the business.
* Ensure all transport and despatch data is recorded accurately and on time.
* Assist with the management of despatch paperwork for outbound loads, completing transactions on SAP where required.

Requirements:

* Previous experience of administration ideally within a Warehouse/Logistics environment.
* Transport Administrator, Logistics.
