Senior Project Manager Role Overview:

Loftware seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of project management and implementation, portfolio management, process innovation, and team development.

This critical role is responsible for managing project and program success, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope and budget, and successful implementation of agreed-upon functionality.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in project management, team leadership, and creative problem-solving.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum

Salary range estimate based on market conditions and industry standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project management of Loftware projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
  • Development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coaching and mentoring of team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in project management.
  • Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and team members.
