This role involves leading the implementation of a new software package called SafeCare, which will work alongside the Trust's existing electronic rostering product, Optima.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for collaborating with clinicians and managers within our rostered units to establish SafeCare in a way that aligns with the Trust's requirements and is tailored to their specific needs.

Key project tasks and administrative responsibilities will be entrusted to the successful candidate, including arranging project meetings, maintaining project documentation, and escalating any issues to the Head of People Information, who will oversee the project management.

The successful candidate will have a degree-level education or relevant experience of implementing technical solutions within the NHS.

The role requires excellent knowledge of the Healthroster Optima system, experience in project management, and a good understanding of other people systems.
