Job Title: Head of People Partnering

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to lead the People Partnering team at Venn Group. This is a unique chance to shape the future of the organization and drive strategic business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the People Partnering team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategic business partnering approaches to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage subject matter expert leads, ensuring the efficient operation of their respective functions and providing expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with the wider People teams to enhance the employee experience through aligned policies and practices.
  • Partner with other People Leaders to refine the employee and service value proposition, providing effective solutions for the organization.
  • Lead the evaluation and improvement of HR systems and technology to support strategic goals and drive best practices.
  • Work collaboratively across the entire People Directorate to build credibility within the organization and deliver an outstanding customer experience for all employees.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • MCIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Extensive senior-level generalist experience in a central government organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations with experience leading a team of subject matter experts.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, emphasizing policy improvement and high-quality service delivery.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing People strategies, turning them into actionable team objectives.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with leaders, managers, and stakeholders.

Brighton

Duration:

6-9 months, with possible extension

Daily Rate:

£635 per day PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay

Working Hours:

Full time

Working Pattern:

Hybrid (8 days per month in the office, flexible work pattern)
