Contract Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Systems Analyst to join our team at InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the implementation and enhancement of web-based and mobile applications, as well as providing maintenance and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the implementation and enhancement of web-based and mobile applications, including requirements collection, system analysis and design, application development, testing and program deployment.
  2. Lead programmers for providing enhancement, maintenance and support services.
  3. Liaise with end users and internal IT support teams for project implementation and maintenance support services.

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in web and mobile application development using J2EE and Oracle database.
  2. Good analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  3. Hands-on experience on open source tools (Eclipse, Jenkins, Apache JMeter, Gitea) is an advantage.
  4. Works under minimal supervision and performs duties independently.
  5. At least 2 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
  6. At least 2 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB);
  7. At least 1 year's experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
  8. 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage.
  9. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
  10. Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
  11. At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
