Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Hartlepool. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our residential service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, and supporting with supervision. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our excellent training program.

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. You should also have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and physical disabilities.
