We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our International Early Careers team at DLA Piper as a Graduate and Early Careers Co-ordinator.

In this role, you will provide administrative support for the recruitment and development of early careers new joiners to the firm, including campus season activities, apprentice and graduate assessment centres, and general administration. You will also assist in event management, insight and internship programmes, performance management, rotations and permanent placement process, and induction and continued learning.

You will work closely with a team of early careers recruitment and development specialists, who will support you to learn and develop throughout your placement. You will gain valuable experience in how an international law firm operates and the early careers routes into the legal profession.

Responsibilities:

  • Campus season: coordinating events, attending campus events with the business and early careers recruitment team; attraction planning and social media support
  • Apprentice and graduate assessment centres: running events with early careers recruitment team and candidate support and query management
  • General administration: processing invoices, budget tracking, room/video conference bookings for all early careers recruitment and development activity
  • Event management: creating registration lists, name badges and tent cards for all events
  • Insight and internship programmes: planning and organising of all logistical components relating to the Insight and Internship programmes
