About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. You will be responsible for providing specialist support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of care plans and strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
