As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents. This includes providing specialist support and advice, taking charge in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising colleagues to deliver exceptional care. We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. You will be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. Your positive energy and ability to get along with people will make you a valuable asset to our team.
