Paediatric Critical Care Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Critical Care Consultant to join our team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Critical Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our critical care services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to critically ill children and young people
- Contribute to the development and implementation of critical care policies and procedures
- Participate in the training and education of junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development of research and quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification
- MRCPCH or equivalent higher qualification
- Full registration with the GMC
- Completion of training in Paediatric Intensive Care Medicine
- Experience in leading clinical teams and providing expert clinical opinions
- Ability to work harmoniously as part of a multi-disciplinary team
