Paediatric Critical Care Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Critical Care Consultant to join our team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality critical care to children and young people, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to children and young people in our Paediatric Critical Care Unit
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our patients
- Contribute to the training and education of junior colleagues and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Engage with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Critical Care Consultant who possesses the following qualities:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification
- MRCPCH or equivalent higher qualification
- Full registration with the GMC
- Completion of training in Paediatric Intensive Care Medicine
- Experience in leading clinical teams and delivering high-quality critical care
- Ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research
