We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Cambridgeshire. This role involves managing a caseload of children with communication difficulties, conducting assessments, and delivering therapy sessions across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage a caseload of preschool through adolescent children presenting with general communication difficulties and/or complex needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments, plan, and deliver effective speech and language therapy
  • Work adaptably in home visits, clinics, nurseries, and schools to meet each child's unique needs
  • Establish strong relationships with families to facilitate positive therapy outcomes
  • Rely on problem-solving skills and regular supervision to grow expertise while taking responsibility for the caseload from day one
About You:
  • You hold qualifications as a registered speech and language therapist with HCPC registration and full membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
  • Possess experience working across various settings, such as children's homes, clinics, nurseries, and schools, or the confidence to work in these environments with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
