Job Overview

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant at Strategy Education, you will be part of a supportive team environment that focuses on removing barriers to learning. Our schools cater to students with a range of special needs, including speech, language, and communication impairment, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, PMLD, and SLD.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Job Description

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a teaching assistant in a SEN classroom environment (minimum 6 weeks). Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills are essential for this role. Eligibility to work in the UK (with a valid visa) and recent classroom-based references are also required.
