We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compliance Expert to join our esteemed Monitoring Trustee practice at Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Limited.

About the Role

You will take ownership of complex compliance projects and oversee the implementation of structural and/or behavioural remedies by large multinational companies. This includes managing compliance projects concerning merger, antitrust, state aid proceedings, and divestiture processes.

  • Liaise with parties and their advisors to establish and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Scrutinise submissions from parties, identify compliance risks, and escalate matters as required.
  • Manage various stakeholders with different objectives and incentives.

Qualifications and Skills

An ideal candidate would possess:

  • Previous experience in Monitoring Trustee assignments or case/project leads working at competition authorities or regulators.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical eye, and excellent report writing capabilities.
  • Experience in competition remedies and languages (including fluency in English).
