Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Pasta Evangelists Limited. As a key member of the kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with knowledge of safe food handling, storage, and preparation techniques. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team.

A competitive salary of £11.44 per hour - £12.44 per hour from midnight onwards is on offer, plus a monthly bonus based on site performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the kitchen is set up and ready for each service with the right amount of prepared pasta sauces and other ingredients.
  • Preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, complying with our quality and safety procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Documenting and recording information on food, including date labelling and stock rotation principles (FIFO).
About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
