Operational Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Specialist to join our team at Candidate Source. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our operational teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in administration, working closely with our operational teams to achieve shared goals.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to operational teams
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is £26,193 per annum, rising to £27,004.14 after 1-2 years service and £27,814.26 after 2+ years service.
