Patient Care Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Care Director to join our team at The Talent Partnership. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for leading a team of nurses to deliver exceptional patient care and have a strong commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual patient needs
  2. Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience as a Sister/Charge Nurse
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care
