As they expand their operations, they are on the lookout for a motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

Are you a passionate sales professional with a knack for closing deals over the phone? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in telesales? In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving their business growth by identifying and securing new commercial clients and closing meetings for their Business Development Managers.

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective commercial clients, showcasing their waste management solutions and securing/closing meetings.
  2. Identify and qualify leads, building a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  4. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in their CRM system.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in telesales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Ability to engage potential clients effectively over the phone.
  3. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  4. No prior experience in the waste management industry is required - they provide comprehensive training on their services and industry specifics.
