Senior People Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Manager to join our team at Hilton Foods UK. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by developing and implementing effective people strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our People and Culture strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to drive business growth and improvement, leveraging your expertise in talent development, employee engagement, and organizational design.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to our leaders and managers, helping them to develop their people management skills and achieve their goals.
- Work closely with our HR team to ensure the effective management of our HR systems and processes.
- Contribute to the development of our business unit People Plan, ensuring alignment with our overall People and Culture strategy.
