Restaurant Host Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Host to join our team at Sam's Waterside Brentford. As a Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our restaurant.
  • Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.
  • Assist with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to maintain a high level of service quality and consistency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or bar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of SevenRooms and other hospitality software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
