Business Development Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our growing SaaS organisation in the UK. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through new business opportunities.
Your primary objective will be to connect with prospects, schedule discovery meetings, and build relationships with potential customers. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to continuously improve your skills.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's growth strategy and contributing to its success.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
- Nurture relationships with potential customers and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the sales director to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary reflects the level of expertise required and the potential for growth within the company.
