Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the administration team, with a focus on implementing changes to admin processes to contribute towards achieving trust objectives.

Key responsibilities include providing supervision and appraisals for the administration team, managing absence and performance issues, and leading on recruitment and induction of new staff.

The Business Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for analysing and interpreting performance reports, collating data as needed, and preparing agendas and minutes for team meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills, as well as a high degree of diplomacy and leadership ability.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
